How can I get Comcast to setup a Reverse DNS Record?
This has become very difficult ask. Comcast is perhaps not able to do this anymore?
I simply want a reverse DNS setup for my e-mail server at my office.
How can I get through your automated system and through your tier-1 support to get someone do just simply, add a reverse DNS record?
It used to be a snap to get done. Now I am stuck on a second round of tickets trying to get it done, no luck.
Also, there is no business tech support on weekends?
