Help me comcast_john! I'm dead in the water.

I have EXACTLY the same problem this guy had:

I really need some assistance ASAP as my company is without email since we followed the directions for adding the CNAME record to "bring existing domain". We are stuck with the dreaded one green check mark.

If you do a DNS check for qnoad.hamptoncollects.com you will see it's working properly. Can you get me to Tier 2 for a manual fix right away?
