having a issue with my whole site reset all DNS to default that came with my service

I can not put my dns back to default with my site, someone decided here in my office to mess with all DNS how to i get my domain back its set to .com but now its going to that comcastbiz.net, this is not good because all my business cards say the .com i can not pay again to have it all redone please someone help.
