Hard Reset Gateway and lost IP configuration

Yes, whenever you depress the little black reset button on the back of your Comcast Gateway, this puts all settings back to the default DHCP Server. However, please contact 800-391-3000, use technical Internet, and a technical agent will be able to get your Static IP loaded and configured immediately.
