got "error occured" pop-up after trying to submit contact names for domain name registration
I picked a new domain name for the Comcast website offered with our business account and got a message back saying the domain name was available for use. Then I got to Administrative and Technical account names screen, tried to submit the information--I left no fields blank--but only got a pop-up saying an error occurred. It gave no details (like a code) and no fields were highlighted or messages saying what the error might be. I rechecked all fields and tried to submit it twice with no success. Anyone know what to do from here?
