Full Access to DNS Records

Hello Support Community,

 

I need to change the CNAME and A Records in my DNS settings but I'm not seeing a way to do that when I login to my Comcast account. IS there anyone who can help me do so? I saw that comcast_jon helped someone with this a little while ago.

 

Let me know what I need to do, I have the records of what they need to be changed to on hand.
