FTP@mydomain.com
I have successfully redirected my .com to Comcast but now the ftp site I have set up cannot be accessed. This is an offsite FTP service ftp://mydomain.com. How do I make this accessible from the outside?

Welcome Sherianderson. Outside FTP access to your domain (ftp.mydomain.com) is available once all DNS records are properly configured. The DNS records for your vanity domain (mydomain.com) should mirror those of the parent domain (mydomain.comcastbiz.net). To verify the records, log into your account at businessclass.comcast.net, click the manage website tab. This will take you to the control panel. All DNS records related to your domain are located there. To verify that the records mirror each other, test using: ftp.mydomain.comcastbiz.net, you should get the same response as ftp.mydomain.com. Let us know if need additional assistance accessing the control panel or verifying ftp access.
