Free Domain Name
Im having issue with the FREE domain that you get with your Comcast Business acct. I picked a domain name but I do not have access to it. Now when I try and pick a domain name, the one I chose is still available and the site says I need to pay the $2.99 per month for the additional domain name. Something didnt go through the first time and now im at an impass.
I need support to resolve this issue.

My experience is that absolutely zero of the Comcast Business tools work and phone support can not help. You definitely don't want a domain hosted by Comcast. I tried to transfer a domain but the transfer tool doesn't work. Now my account is stuck showing my domain in "AWAITING VERIFICATION" and attempting to delete it causes an error. I also have some test domains on *.comcastbiz.net that I can't manage or delete.
