Failure to Register Domain Name
Several messages in the forum complain about an invalid CNAME preventing registration. I received a two letter CNAME of "@@" that will not allow the approval. I remain hung-up on step 2 of the registration process, and step 5 in the instructions.
I logged a call two days ago, and failed to hear from them yesterday. Will someone on the board assist?

Welcome to the forum.
As I've responded in the pm there are two method to resolve this issue.
1. Have your current host manually enter source and target as an override.
2. Please send me the information I have requested on your reply.
