Enable Gzip on your website
Hello I need to start a forum on gzip enable on your web server. It is sayig that now a days it is very easy to enable gzip on latest web servers. Unfortunatelly for me it is not working for my website Dubai Fun Club https://dubaifunclub.com a personal entertainment website in Dubai cannot be enabled. I have tried adding it using .htacces file using the below code:

Since you are using .htaccess files I am assuming yoiu are using apache correct?
If thats the case, you enable the mod_deflate
Ubuntu would be
a2enmod deflate
or for BSD
/usr/local/etc/apache24/httpd.conf
uncomment "LoadModule deflate_module modules/mod_deflate.so"
and then you need to go into your site's config file and add the text you added to the .htaccess file.
