email problems

During sales process I was told that you host mx mail records.  " We dont do that anymore" is what I got when calling tech support.  So, from what I am reading the "reverse DNS" basically means you are going to redirect mail requests to the IP of where they are hosted now (the company I thought we were moving all our business from).

Law office as of now cannot send any emails.
