EMAIL - I have not been able to send/receive email from my comcast account since Dec 27.
My co-worker and I have our email setup on our computers and our iPhones. We have not been able to send or receive email on either one since Dec 27th. I am guessing Comcast changed the ip or something again, like they did 2 weeks ago. My computer comes up as email type imap instead of smtp. It won't let me change it. Any ideas?

This might be helpful: https://business.comcast.com/help-and-support/email/ but we can also look further into it if you'd like to send us a private message with your name, the business name, the complete service address (including city, state, ZIP, suite number, etc), and the phone or account number, as well as the email address that you are using.
