Email Bounces with 554 Error
I have 1 user who continually gets bouncebacks when he tries to reply to emails from one of our customers. Email is hosted Comcast Exchange, here are the error codes:
Reporting-MTA: dns; omta03.westchester.pa.hmc1.comcast.net [76.96.53.19]
Received-From-MTA: dns; CH3HUB01.ch3.comcast.net [172.28.159.18]

Any ideas on what the issue might be?

Welcome to the forum.
The community would like to assist but clarify few items for us?
1. Can this user send email to said recipient?
2. Can this user send/reply to any other domain?
3. If another user in your domain reply to this recipient?

1. Yes, the user can send to said recipient (only seems to be a problem with replies).
2. The user can send/reply to other domains without issue.
3. Other users have had problems replying to with this recipient, though the other users don't exchange nearly the volume with the recipient so it is infrequent.
