Email Boucing back 50%+ times
Dear Comcast!
Please help me. We have an existing ticket, but we are getting bounce back error 550 5.1.1 recipient not found on emails.
It has been over 24+hr with no contact from Tier 2.
This is killing us, can we please get some help to add our domain to the MX records and SMTP records so that we can send?
We are now 50%+ declined on sends because SMTP denies our email (probably same error). But if we keep pushing retry - it works sometimes. It seems that maybe a few servers have added our domain/email address, while most will decline as if it does not exist.
Please help!! Thanks

As I have recommend please setup your email account via autodiscover on outlook.
Please do not delete any of your old profile and if need any further assistance, please post.
