e-mail address too long

Still dealing with an excessively long e-mail address. Have tried alias and creating new domain but still unsuccessful. I'm no computer whiz but this is crazy. Does anyone think that Standardsupply@standardsupply.comcastbiz.net is a little long? or is it just me?
