Domain Transfer - No Longer Customer

Hello!

I recently switched from Comcast to a local ISP, but unfortunately the waiting period to transfer my domain had not yet expired.  Now that it has, I'm not able to log into the "My Services" section of my account in Comcast, which means I can't check the unlock status of my domain and I can't see the authorization code.

I'd like to transfer my domain from Comcast to my regular registrar, but am unable to complete that last step.  I'm hoping I can work with Comcast Business Support to get this resolved.

Hi AB1.  For assistance with transferring your domain and obtaining the auth code please contact the Business Support Center @ 800-391-3000.
