Domain Transfer From Gandi.net

I created a website with Moonfruit and as a result got a domain registered with Gandi.net. I would like to transfer the domain registration to Comcast while still retaining the Moonfruit site. I also need to make sure that there isn't any downtime on our email which is handled through Office 365 currently but would like to change to Comcast. What's the process?

I looked at the instructions and have verified the domain. The instructions says that I should change the name servers on my registrar. They don't say anything about actually transferring the registration itself. If all I'm doing in redirecting the nameservers, I still have to pay Gandi as my registrar.

I also want to have the website still at Moonfruit.
