Domain name transfer error
Brand new customer, trying to transfer our existing domin name so that we can start setting up new our email addresses on the hosted Comcast Exchange server.
Logged into the portal, clicked on "websites", clicked on "register/bring domain", clicked "bring existing domain" and typed in my domain name and then typed in a friendly name, then clicked "continue".
"Processing" box displays with a circle arrow and then the error "unable to transfer domain, please try again or contact the administrator".
I have opened up numerous tickets, talked to several tech support reps, talked to my account rep but nobody has a solution and we have been down for over a week. We started this process middle of last week and I have yet to receive a phone call from anyone ever. The tech support reps tell me that "there is no solution at this time". Those words should never be spoken by a service company but that's the only response we can get. Very disappointed with Comcast and we feel like we have made the wrong decision to switch from our old ISP.
At this point, we will likely end up buying a new server with Exchange on it and do it ourselves. At least we would be up and running our business.

I am also having the same problem. We are now at day 21 with no resolution in site. I am about ready to cancel our service enitrely and get my money back under the 30-day guarantee.

Same exact issue here as well! Such a simple service shouldn't be so hard to fix! C'mon Comcast! Fix it STAT or I'll have to move the phone lines, TV, and internet services to another provider! We are running a business too!
