That would be the part that doesn't work...

 I am having the same issue.  I have a ticket in and the techs are useless.  Going on three days and they keep telling me to try and big surprise same issue.  I am have been a loyal comcast residential supporter for many years.  But as far as their business support,  definitely lacks quality support.
