Domain Blocked

Hi

We are a Canadian Company, however, most of our owners are American.  

We are unable to send out any emails to anyone with a comcast email.  I am not sure why we have been flagged, but we are not able to send anything, including important legal documents.  

How do we go about getting unblocked?
