DNS Settings for Static IPs

 

Hi -

 

I need to set up forward/reverse entries for our 5 static addresses --- is there not a way to do this online or through an email?

 

Thanks for any help/direction - I'm new to Comcast Business and thought this would've been doable somewhere.

1.Your full name

2. Account number

3. PTR/RDNS entry with IP address

(EX: xx.xx.xx.123 ---> mail.mydomain.com)
