DNS records need updated

I am hosting several domains on comcast... I need to be able to point those domains to my public static IP.  Basically, I need no prefix, and www. to forward to my static on all my domains.

Thanks.

You would need to login to the business class portal to make those changes (as long as comcast is the SOA).  If Comcast is the SOA the NS records for your domain would read adns.cs.siteprotect.com and bdns.cs.siteprotect.com when polled online on sites like  network-tools.com.

That's great, but I can't find where to do it.  No options within DNS to change it.  You are SOA

Okay... so I did Website-->Manage Domains and it won't let me select any of the domains.  I have the option next to each domain to "cancel" and at the bottom of the page have the single option of "Back"

It's a little hard to find at first.  Go to the website link not the internet link after logging into the portal .  Then manage domains.  Select the domain and at the bottom right is a small link labeled advance dns.  In there you will be able to change the A record.

What is one of the domains?  What is listed for the NS records and SOA when you do a lookup?

Where these domains added as 'vanity' domains for a comcastbiz.net domain. If so, they are cnames to the comcastbiz.net domain.  Meaning both will have the A record setup for the original domain (comcastbiz.net).  They can not have individual A records in this case.
