DNS PTR Record

Like many people here, I need the DNS PTR record to point to my domain.  I have heard but don't think its true that this can be done from the Comcast Business website.  I am on hold now for over 30 minutes with Comcast Business technical support with no end in sight.  I have a business account with comcast with a static IP address and just want the PTR record to point to my domain.  How do I do this?

user_4033ed, hi there! Thanks for reaching out. I'd suggest remaining on the line with them, as we are helping. When looking into that field, do you currently have a Static IP?

@Comcast_Que​ I gave up after 40 minutes.  Yes I have a static IP.  I sent a message via the Direct Messaging to Comcast Business as was suggested in other requests for a PTR record with the IP address and the domain name.
