Create a PTR record for my Mail Server

Hello, I need to create a PTR for my on premises mail server. I have had issues with other companies that do reverse name lookups failing becuase instead of saying my mail server, it says 213.50.in-addr.arpa. 900 IN SOA dns101.comcast.net. dnsadmin.comcast.net. 1450 7200 3600 604800 900. I need this to map to my mail server.

@Comcast_Antoine Hello. So I have opened a ticket with Comcast Business right now, but they said it could take up to 24 hours before I get a response. This is impacting my business because I cannot send email to anyone using Yahoo mail (AT&T for example) since they do reverse name look ups for Spam purposes and my reverse lookup from my mail server comes back as a Comcast.com instead of my domain.

I'm patiently waiting for Comcast support T2 to help me..
