Completing the Bring Domain process-Hung at Step 3

Hello,

I'm attempting to bring over a customer's domain, milampainting.com to their Comcast hosting account. I have filled out the Bring Domain form with milampainting.com and gave it the friendly name milampainting.comcastbiz.net. It hten gave me the Next Steps page of which I needed to add the cname at the DNS host, which is Register.com. I've added the www host and pointed it to milampainting.comcastbiz.net per the instructions. I have verified it's propogation with dns.comcast.net and dnsgoodies.net, it shows up on both sites as fully propogated. Then according to Step 8 I should now see the "My Website Starter" under the Websites heading when I login to the comcast business portal. It does not appear. I have called numerous times, obtained ticket requests for call back from Tier2 support and this still isn't working.

Very Frustrated

According to the techs I have spoken to, this sometimes gets hung and needs to be "pushed thru".

Please point me in the right direction or assist in this matter. I've worked with a great many sites and DNS for over 20 years and have never had this much difficulty.
