COMCAST TECHNical support--- Laughable
If comcast thinks their business account reaches the level of business service it is laughable.
I am trying to set up business email. I went to website- register or migrate new account. I migrated existing ( as in 15 years existing account). I had my website host migrate it to comcast. On comcast it says awaiting verification, can take up to 48 hours. Its been 2 WEEEKS.
When I call comcast technical support- What is their answer? "I don't know what to do"
Would this be acceptable in any other business?
