Changed Comcast Nameservers to host on a different server, How long does it take?

Hello,

We are looking to host our Comcast domain on a different server. We have changed the nameservers (12 hours ago as of this post) and still nothing yet. What is the usual turnaround for nameserver propogation to take place?

Thank you,

HI Chaz51. The DNS propagation time is typically 24hrs.  The actual propagation time (TTL) setting can be verified in your control panel. The time value is displayed in seconds, 86,400=24hrs.  Please let me know if additional assistance is needed in order to resolve this issue.

Thank You

Hi Jon,

It looks like it is setup for only 4 hours. Still has no propagation to new nameservers, and we are at 24 hours now. Please advice if you need access to account to review or if I just need to wait?

Thank you.

HI Chaz51.  Please send me a private message with the business account number as well as the associated domain and I will engage the appropriate Team to assist.  We will need access to the account via the Business Portal in order to test.

Thank You
