Can't Have Static IPs *AND* Admin Tool Access at the Same Time

This morning at 3:00 AM my Comcast Business modem dumped my static IPs, all 5 of them.

At 8:50 AM I realized it had happened, and by 9:00 AM a Comcast chat support tech had restored my 5 Static IPs.

I found out a while ago (about 3:00 PM) that whenever I try to login to the Admin Tool, I get "Please Login First," despite entering the correct username and password.

I rebooted the modem (pulled power plug) at 3:05 PM, and now I have Admin Tool access...... but all of my static IPs are gone again.

Called tech support, and the phone agent restored the static IPs..... Admin Tool access is now broken again.

This is what $210 a month will buy you.  What on EARTH is going on here?

That sounds very frustrating! I'm sorry that's happening @DManciniXDS! I'd be happy to help with checking into this further for you. Which web browser are you using to log in to the admin tool? Have you tried on a different browser?

The result is the same on all browsers.  Even the phone tech can't log in to my modem now, and her "system" thinks it is offline.

How odd! Let's take a deeper look into this, can you please send us a direct message with your first and last name, business name, and account address?

• Click "Sign In" if necessary
• Click the "Direct Message" icon in the top right corner
• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
• The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Comcast Business" there
• - As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Comcast Business" from that list
• - An "Comcast Business" graphic replaces the "To:" line
• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
• Press Enter to send it

I no longer work for Comcast.

Phone tech had me hold the reset switch, now I have no static IPs again and everything is erased off the modem......

I had a tech come out and install a newer Gateway.  After changing the Gateway's DHCP LAN IP address from 10.1.10.1 -> 10.1.1.1, the Admin Tool login now tells me "Please Login First." Rebooting no longer helps. I need this resolved, or I will be forced to cancel this service and go with a different provider.

Factory rebooted new gateway to get Admin Tool back.  Statics/SecurityEdge gone.

Called phone support to restore static IPs.  Admin Tool access is now gone again ("Please Login First!").

Respectfully, I am losing my patience for this — 2 days of non-stop service interruptions, hardware failures, and Comcast basically telling me "We'll fix it when we get around to it."  I am looking actively for another solution for my business internet and hosting needs.  Comcast Business is simply not reliable enough.

@DManciniXDS Also the statics are gone again, less than 15 minutes after having them restored. So, back to nothing. Didn't even reboot this time – they just dropped.

I personally know how frustrating it is to experience service issues when I am at home either relaxing or most importantly working and trying to run a business. We are happy to continue assisting via our DM.

I no longer work for Comcast.

Continuing on this thread, my CGA4332COM Gateway system logs are missing information that should be there (logs only go back about an hour for the entire day?) and contain the following records from times that I was positively *not* logged into the gateway or making changes to it (date redacted):

CcspPandMSsp[4513]: system.syscfg commit to store ----/--/-- --:--:-- Notice
