Hello IBEW446,
Welcome to the forum.
The community would like to the help, but can you clarify a few items for us?
1. Who is your current host for the domain?
2. Where do you get the 'error/failure' on the verification.
- On your current host or on Comcast My Account?
3. What is the Internet browser are you using?
Thank you

I had the same issue today, except with an apostrophe. I'm stuck on step 5 of this process http://businesshelp.comcast.com/help-and-support/email/using-own-domain-business-class-email-web-hosting/
I spent 10 hour today trying to reach a "Tier 2" support person to no avail.
Strangely, my domain populated with DNS entries. However, I can't assign mailboxes using that domain because it's un-verified.
