Bounced Email

Diagnostic-Code: smtp;  554 p3plibsmtp01-10.prod.phx3.secureserver.net bizsmtp Connection refused. IB113 - 76.96.53.19

 

I get the above error when trying to send email to one of my customers. I only have a problem with his domain(safe-harbor.com). I can receive email from other customers.

Hello JRL,

 

Welcome to the forum.

Based on your post it appears that particular domain's mail server may place your email address or domain on their block list. To resolve this you will have to contact that host to check their server to remove it.

 

Before calling them I would suggest the following test:

1. Send an email to their domain using different email address from your domain.

- If they receive the email then they are blocking your email address.

- If they do not receive the email then they are blocking your domain

 

2. Send an email to their domain but this time use completely a 3rd party's domain name (example: yahoo.com, gmail, etc)

- If they receive the email, then it is their server blocking your domain

- If they don't receive the email, then it is their server issue.
