Assist assigning Comcast Business Gateway Static IP Block

I have a Comcast Business Gateway which was incorrectly setup for the assigned static IP I have from comcast.  If I login via the cusadmin login at 10.1.10.1.  I can see 'Gateway Summary' -> 'Network' -> 'Static IP Block' that it is '---.---.---.---/--' I believe this should have a valid setting to get my gateway working. ?  Talked with tier 1 support at Comcast and they agreed but couldn't solve the issue.  Waiting for Tier 2 now...

 

Just wondering if this is something I can just fix?  I don't see the option in the settings anywhere to assign the correct static ip block.

They have to push it out unfortunately.
