Account / static IP / Reverse DNS
Greetings
Brand new comcast customer as of a few days ago, the company I work for setup and has all the Internet purchased at the new office location. I am unable to determine if the internet service has a static IP assigned or if it is dynamic. At the same time if the Service includes a Static IP address I wanted to find out where I can setup the Reverse DNS records for the company Email server.
if someone could let me know how to determine this, so that account correction can be made (if necessary) and point me in the direction of how to setup Reverse DNS entries for the company email server that would be wonderful.

Your Full Name
Your Business Account number
Your Business Address
RF Mac Address (Ip-Gateway)
Additionally I can also set up the PTR/RDNS for you as well, if you have a static IP range.
