Your 1-800 number is broken

Typical [Edited: "Profanity"] Comcast support. I have tried for a few days now. When I dial and the automated voice, it asks residential or business, I say business, then it says it is looking up my account, and then gets stuck in a loop saying "Sorry, I didnt get that" and "Say that again". It never prompted me a menu and it doesnt matter if I say anything or nothing at all.

This is pretty messed up and have no idea how to contact Comcast. The Chatbot tells me to call the number.

@Comcast_Natalie Read the replies. Your customer service is the worst!

I'm having the same issues. It has hung up on me over 10 times now and I've been trying for over an hour to connect with someone for over an hour.

Hey there, @user_43067f! Thank you so much for taking the time to reach out to us here on the Comcast Business Forums. I am very sorry to hear about the experience, we will certainly document the feedback on our end as that is not the experience we want for our customers. Ok, but how do we get in contact with someone? Need a live agent, your polite response does not fix the problem.

Could you share a few more details about the specific issues you are experiencing with your service?

Yes, the same as the original post. I call the number, enter the account number, computer asks what I need, I say it, they say please hold, then verify account again, say the same thing, get nowhere. Ask for an agent, computer says it needs more information, I provide it, it says hold for up to 30 seconds, comes back says we will transfer you to someone, and then it hangs up. I've called over 15 times starting at 344pm. This is a complete waste of time, at some point you have to connect to a HUMAN being to help your customers. AND the Chat representatives can't do anything about it either. They can't put a note, they can't have someone call us. So what am I supposed to do to reach out to you guys? I need to change service and I cannot do that because your system is faulty. I would appreciate your assistance. We've always enjoyed the service and it's been good, but the support phone number and the computer/AI is NOT GOOD. We are humans and need to talk to other humans. Please reach out so we can handle our business.

I sincerely apologize for the frustrating experience you've had trying to reach support, @user_43067f . I can absolutely understand how upsetting it would be to spend so much time navigating the automated system, only to be disconnected repeatedly when you're trying to make a simple change to your services. I'd be happy to help review your account and explore options with you. Please send me a DM with your full first and last name, along with your complete service address. Once I have that information, I'll be glad to take a closer look and see what assistance I can provide.
