WTF, nobody answer billing inquiry for past 4 business days!!!!

I am very disappointed with  this company, I've been tryin to reach customer service for past 4 business day, hours on the phone, never get through. I will cancel my service and pay the penalty. Done with this horrible company. NO CUSTOMER SERVICE.
