Worst Company on the Planet
After being jerked around with agents 'upgrading' my service without my agreement. In turn causing my bill to skyrocket. When addressed, I signed the contract so it was MY problem. I was working between cancelling the cameras (which were down more then up) and LOWERING my speed. In turn he added more stuff and UPGRADED my speed. Finally got that resolved after paying twice an outrageous bill. Forced into signing ANOTHER contract because Comcast wont do business without a contract. NO OTHER companies in our area that offer internet! (AT&T is working on it but still not there yet). I had to close my company two months ago. When I call to cancel the account they want to charge me over $900 in penalties for cancelling early. THE BUSINESS CLOSED!!! Clearly I wanted my business to succeed, but due to massive health issues, surgeries and whatnot, I was unable to sustain the business. How in the heck am I supposed to come up with over $900 after BEING FORCED TO USE THEM IN THE FIRST PLACE?! Had there been ANY OTHER company, I don't care who, I would have used them hands down. NOW after monopolizing internet service in our area, we are all being FORCED into contracts in order to even have internet?? When the services are always down more than they are up?? Our home service is even worse, constantly grainy images, down internet, always having to restart the damn router. Issues that we SHOULD NOT be having!! We've received 3, yes 3 new equipment due to service being poor. Had techs out multiple times. NO ONE can figure out the problem. Disgusting business. Horrible business model. Customer service always a problem. Service always a problem. RUN FAR AWAY AND DO WHATEVER YOU CAN TO FIND ANOTHER BUSINESS!!!!!
