Why is my bill higher than usual?

Hi! I am a happy Business Customer. On my last bill, and I always pay online, I noticed my bill is $3.00 higher than usual. I have not changed or added to my service, why the increase? When I click for an explanantion of charges, I do not get any specific information. I would love to be able to see my bill details explained.

Thanks  - Jennfier

The Equipment Fee has increased from $9.95 to $12.95 for Comcast Business Internet and Business Voice services. This fee increase reflects Comcast’s ongoing investment in our network, comprehensive maintenance and support for Business Services equipment.

I am having the same problem on this latest billing cycle. Comcast is closed today though so I will call them tomorrow. Hopefully I will have something to report.

Yes.  My September bill has a 30% ($3.00) increase in the equipment fee with no notice of increase.  On top of that my primary voice line has gone up $10.00 in one month with no notice of increase.  Overall that's a 32.5% increase in service cost in one month with no notice or explaination. Sure looks like an AT&T move to me. The number one reason I got the hell away from good ole' AT&T.  Think anyone can explain that ?

Filing a complaint with the FCC does get someone to respond.....otherwise no one knows ANYTHING.
