Why does Comcast require business customers to CALL for everything!

Honestly, I'm tired of having to CALL for even the simplist things. I wanted to look at what speed upgrades are available and the pricing. I searched, tried business chat... but instead of helping they require someone to CALL me.


Go to My Account... it tells you nothing about anything.

It feels like Comcast Business is stuck in the 90's before the web. I refuse to sit on the telephone for something that works better if it is visual and online. There are a couple of new broadband service providers coming to my area shortly - and they provide this information online. This is irritating enough to impact my decision to stay with Comcast Business. Oh, and you have to CALL to cancel your account, of course.
