When is my bill due?

I received a bill via email TODAY, August 11 which stated that it was due on September 4th. I clicked on the bill and when I got to the site, the bill says it is due August 9th. 

When is it ACTUALLY due? I obviously can't pay a bill if I don't get it in time!!!
