What [Edited] is going on with the business service contact system. The (800) 391-3000 number and the chat bot?

Chat bot will not connect to a agent  when selecting other.  No matter how many times you try.

the hotline ask if you are calling about home or business, and you answer, and then after 30 seconds it says ok,  checking some things.    Out of no where is says  sorry can you say that again?

and won't accept anything you say.  It just loops  like that. 

I am at a point that this is a blatant wall to not give support and should be reported to BBB for the [Edited: "Language"] services. Comcast really needs to get their [Edited: "Language"] together.
