We signed a contract three years ago for one amount and you did not honor that agreement with much higher monthly fees.

I'm sure that the small print of reserving the right to increase during a contract. Is it time for a new contract? and what special offer you have for us to lower our bill? Thanks.

Hi there, @user_38bd0d! Thanks for reaching out to us here on the Community Forum. The most common reason that your bill would increase is because you may have come off of a promotional rate. In the spirit of transparency, we provide a listing of the active promotions, the amount saved, and the end date on each and every billing statement. It would be under your services in green text. If you are doing paperless billing, you can check your statements with the directions here : https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/view-xfinity-billing-history . We would be happy to see if there are any other promotions you may be eligible for. Please send a direct message to us by clicking the chat icon in the upper right corner of the page, click on the pen and paper icon, then enter “Xfinity Support” in the “To” section. Please include your full name and complete street address.
