We have been out of business and our stores been closed since may 2015

Hello we have closed the store since May 2015 after my dad. Terminally ill. This evening I came home and I noticed my dad has been making payments to his Comcast since then our store no longer exist we are out of state I close the account when I close the store why in the heck is be getti,g billed 117.11 each month. I am furious about this because he has no money he is sick is deserved and he is dying and he's been making payments to Comcast and we're not even using you guys we're not even in the state anymore I don't know why in the heck he's in pain he has an English problem is sick I don't get this I'm furious I would like to get me investment because the night and using the service or anything with Comcast because we are no longer in California or business address.

I'm so sorry to hear about this. All business account disconnects are processed by the business retention team, have you given them a call at 800-391-3000 yet?

First customer service rep said there should be no problem giving a refund then business retention said no credit back. Because you didn't send paperwork... Seriously? My dad has not san the biz for 3 years. He is brain dead and still he will be getting charged for another 2 months? The only suggestion I got was take auto payment off on that account. Great so let's screw the credit up and not pay it right. We were. Long time loyal customer to Comcast and this is what we get in return. That's why Comcast is so rich. Same thing with att. I think Charter is going to be where I go next. Look at the history of businessength I had with Comcast. This is what we get as a thank you.

Yes I called them. Very upset with the service. We still have to pay for the next 2 months. I told them I cancelled the account may 2015 and after my dad was teeminally ill with a neurological disease. They said i never cancelled the account so no refund what so ever and plus he has to pay for another 2months. That's the worst service I got. Comcast says I'm losing about cancelling service. The building is vacant and nobody is there. If I call the business line its not active. Its been that way since I moved. In sorry but that is straight b.s. if you ask me. Were getting over 100 bucks, the line doesnt work and nobody used it and still charged over 100 since May 2015 and plus another 2 months. I will need use Comcast again.
