View Outage Notifications in the Portal Introduction Comcast Business online account allows you to view alerts and updates when there is service interruption in your area. 

Step 1: Sign in to your Comcast Business online account

Once logged in if there is any service interruption you will have a notification bar directly under your Manage Account and Manage Services options.
