URGENT FORMAL ESCALATION – Unresolved Comcast Business Phone Relocation

I am requesting immediate management intervention regarding the ongoing failure to relocate our Comcast Business VoiceEdge telephone service for Highway Motors in Chico, California.

We have been attempting to complete this relocation for over a month, and despite numerous calls, emails, and support requests, the issue remains unresolved.

Our assigned representative, Eric Jensen, has failed to coordinate and complete the relocation. We have experienced repeated delays, a lack of meaningful communication, and support tickets being closed without resolution.

To make matters worse, attempting to reach another Comcast representative has become nearly impossible. Your automated phone system and AI chat support repeatedly prevent us from reaching a person who can actually address the problem. Even the alternative contact information provided by Comcast has proven unreliable.

This level of service is completely unacceptable, particularly for a business that depends on reliable telephone service to operate.

At this point, I am formally requesting the following:

  1. Immediate reassignment to a different Comcast Business representative who will take responsibility for resolving this issue.

  2. Direct contact from a regional manager or executive escalation representative, including their name, direct phone number, and email address.

  3. A firm, confirmed date for completing our telephone service relocation.

  4. A written explanation of why this relocation has remained unresolved for more than 30 days and why previous service requests have been closed without completion.

We have made every reasonable effort to resolve this through Comcast's normal channels. Those efforts have been unsuccessful, and I am no longer willing to continue repeating the same information to different representatives without results.

I expect a response from someone in management within one business day, along with a specific plan to complete this relocation.

If Comcast cannot resolve this promptly, we will pursue formal complaints with the California Public Utilities Commission and the Federal Communications Commission.

Please do not refer this matter back to our existing sales representative or the general customer service department.
