Urgent Complaint – Poor Service and Unresolved Issues

Dear Comcast Business Customer Service,

I am writing to express my deep frustration with the service I’ve received from your support team. For the past three weeks, I’ve been trying to get in touch with someone from your sales team regarding my business account, but I have encountered nothing but delays, poor communication, and a complete lack of help.

In a recent call, I was transferred seven times over the course of two hours, and each time, I received no meaningful assistance. To make matters worse, the last representative I spoke with told me, "I'm from the back office, so I can’t create a ticket for you. I have limited resources." This response was not only unhelpful but also completely unacceptable.

Every time I provided my contact information, I was told I would receive a call back, but to date, no one has followed through. As a business account holder with Comcast Business, I am currently dealing with 80 TV boxes that are not functioning properly, which is severely impacting my operations. The lack of support and follow-through has left me incredibly frustrated.

I urgently need to speak with someone who can help resolve these issues. Please escalate this matter to someone with the authority and resources to take action and ensure I receive the assistance I need.
