Unresolved Billing Issues
Multiple calls have been made to Comcast to fix our billing issues. Multiple ER tickets have been issued to resolve issues with no resolution. EVERY ER ticket has been closed out without anyone contacting me about the issue! This have been going on for more than a year. We returned equipment back on May 14, 2015. We are STILL being billed for it! Called again today and can't talk to anyone higher than a Supervisor. Another ER ticket was issued and they want us to wait another TWO months for the correction to show up on our bill! Which of course the correction won't show up and I will be calling again! Totally frustrated! I do not understand why this has not been resolved ASAP! NOT A HAPPY COMCAST BUSINESS CUSTOMER!
