unexpected charges
My contract clearly lists all fees I would be charged, excluding taxes.
However, when I received my bill, I was charged an additional $11.00 monthly fee for Directory Listing, even though directories are no longer used in our area, as well as an additional $11.00 monthly Voice Network Investment fee.
These fees were not listed in the contract I signed, nor were they included in the agreed-upon price.
Since these are recurring monthly charges and not one-time fees, I would like to understand whether charging these unlisted fees is permitted

Comcast Business also charges a monthly "Directory Listing Management Fee" for managing customer directory listings, which is a non-government mandated cost. While specific rates vary by region and plan, these fees cover the administration of listing your business in directories and may increase periodically.
