Unable to login to payment center

Hi, I am unable to login to the Comcast business payment center with the right credentials and the error is “Your authentication has failed”.

When I tried to reset password, I’m getting the same error.

I can’t view invoices without logging in and is not able to make any payments due to this issue.

Please provide assistance thanks.

If you have not already, can you try clearing cache and cookies on your device, trying to log in from another device, or using another web browser and let us know if it helps? Thank you!

Hi Thomas, thank you for the quick response.

I received an email regarding an outstanding balance on my business Comcast account and to pay via

http://www.comcastpaymentcenter.com/

which I am unable to login to.

The instructions you linked to refers instead to https://business.comcast.com/account/bill, which I am able to login to, but there is no outstanding balance reflected in this account.

That discrepancy is odd, is it the same account number from the email that you see when you log in online? Are you able to log into your Comcast Business account using this link to view your balance, and make a payment if needed?
