Unable to get a bill electronically sent to me and Comcast cant get it loaded to their own portal

I have a Comcast business internet circuit that i have spent over 5 months trying to get someone at Comcast to get me access to so I can pay the bill. They still can't figure it out. But yet they expect me to pay it every month. Any suggestions?  Customer service, what a joke, that is a 1hour hold time then I get someone without the faintest Idea of what to do

Please send us a direct chat message with your full name and complete service address to “Comcast Business”. To do so, click on the chat icon located at the top right of this forum's page.

Here are the detailed steps to direct message us:

• Click "Sign In" if necessary

• Click the "Direct Message” icon (upper right corner of this page)

• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

• Type "Comcast Business" in the "to" line and select "Comcast Business" from the drop-down list

• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

• Press Enter to send your message
