The option on my SecurityEdge settings pages to toggle the setting for Malware and Phishing Protections is set to on and can't be changed. How do I turn this off?

You have reached the perfect team to help. Would you mind sending a screenshot of how the toggle button is looking on your end? Is it greyed out?
Hi, @ladislav. I recommend you create your own post next time instead of posting on a 7 month thread. That way we can ensure we reach out to you. What steps have you tried so far? Any gateway reboots, app log out and in, etc. We ask for direct message to check the account to find the answer. If there are no known issues we have to find a source for the issue. It is not always required, but if we exhaust all troubleshooting we would need to put in a ticket and that requires a direct message.

Same here. It is ON and disabled. How do I turn it OFF?
