Trying to cancel business fiber account [Edited]
I requested cancellation of our Business Fiber account on February 19, 2026. Received an acknowledgment that same day that the request had been received.
The email stated that we would hear from a Comcast Business Representative within five days. We have 3 users/managers on this account. None of us were contacted.
I returned the equipment on February 18, 2026 via UPS as instructed on your website. We continue to receive billing statements for the service. I have attempted to contact our customer service representative Brian [Edited: "Personal Information"] but both the email contact and phone number are invalid. I have talked to multiple random customer service people with no results. I was told we would get a new customer service representative assigned to us and he or she would be in contact. No one has reached out. The most recent ticker number was on June 18, 2026. The only result from that was an email requesting that I fill out the cancellation request form. The problem is this form only allows me to pick a future date for the cancellation. We need this effective back to 30 days from my original request. I would like to speak to a manager or someone who can resolve this issue. We are four months into this problem. We made the initial request, returned the equipment and talked with multiple customer representatives. Looking for help!

Please send us a direct message with your full name, business name, full address, and phone number.
• Click "Sign In" if necessary
• Click the "Direct Messaging" icon in the top right corner
• Click the "Start new conversation" (pencil and paper) icon
• The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Comcast Business"
• As you are typing, a drop-down list appears. Select “Comcast Business" from that list
• A “Comcast Business" graphic replaces the "To:" line
• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
• Press Enter to send it
